EETS, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations to further our goal of fortifying the power grid and enhancing the efficiency of power and water systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the delivery of reliable power and the maintenance of water systems, especially as existing infrastructure ages and populations expand.
Responsibilities
This role focuses on enhancing sales productivity, optimizing sales resource allocation, and maintaining operational excellence to meet our Enterprise sales goals and targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a comprehensive insights and analytics function to monitor the sales pipeline and progress across different regions and verticals, identifying optimal entry points, and highlighting high-potential accounts for the salesforce.
- Providing insights, analytics, and reporting for enterprise leadership Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and territory planning.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to create performance marketing dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable intelligence on marketing and advertising spending linked to inbound sales opportunities.
- Managing the strategy, procurement, and implementation of all sales tools, ranging from CRM systems to contact enrichment tools.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams in marketing, engineering, sales architecture, and customer success.
- Scaling the organization by building and leading a robust operational team of sales operations managers and leaders.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- 5 years of professional experience in sales operations, with 3+ years of leading and developing teams
Desired:
This position requires:
- Over 10 years of professional experience in sales analytics and operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, managing and growing teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- Direct experience in establishing a sales operations and analytics function within a sizable enterprise technology organization.
- An independently motivated, self-starting attitude, evidenced by a history of ownership and active leadership.
- Specific experience in the telecommunications, wireless, or network industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical skills, both in business and technical contexts.
- A highly detail-oriented and diligent work ethic, coupled with excellent skills in customer interaction.
- In-depth understanding of power and water systems to effectively communicate with customers.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external customers.
